Refund policy

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To cancel, email hello@mabonishop.com with your order number.

Returning your item

Item must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Item should be unused and in its original packaging where possible.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described: we cover the return shipping cost, and you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.

If you've simply changed your mind: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact hello@mabonishop.com with photos as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or refund.
